Restarting using DVR

Hi,

Using DVR, sometimes we found that if we restart the applications or wowza service the coder don’t generates the streams that we are sending again.

The connection between FMLE and Wowza is ok, and all seems that works fine but it doesn’t.

When it happens we can only solve the problem by deleting the /dvr/application folder and then restart again the service.

We are using FMLE v.3.2 and Wowza v.4.0.5

Live Single Server or Origin aplications with Apple HLS and RTMP playback types.

Any idea about what is happening?

It’d probably be best if you can restart and replicate this issue and then zip up and send your conf/ and logs/ directories to support@wowza.com for further review.
