Restart Wowza Streaming Engine without delete the mediacache files?

On wowza 3.x.x I can avoid to flush cache content ading to server properties:

mediaCacheOnStartReloadCache

true

Boolean

I tried this on Wowza 4 and the cache flush always on restart. There is any solution?
