Hello,
From your post it appears you were attempting to configure this application manually, and not through Wowza Streaming Engine Manager.
I also do not see the step where you connect your 8000.stream file.
Can you first verify that this .stream file is connected and can be played back without the ?dvr parameter in the Wowza Streaming Engine Manager test player before attempting to implement this function?
