Recommended bitrate for Adaptive Bitrate Streaming

Hello,

I have 6 users streaming and we stream over RTMP and I have set up the smil files for Adaptive Bitrate Streaming and set up my JWPlayers and it all works great.

So now I guess I need to fine tune it. I haven’t been able to find anything yet for live streams but, can anyone recommend bitrates or point me to a page with a chart for 1080, 720, 360, 240, 160?

Even though it says for Wowza Streaming Cloud it is also for Wowza Streaming Engine as well.
