Quote - hosting and VoD streaming

Please help me to get a pricing quote for the following service:

  1. Hosted videos (movies) and on-demand streaming. (Movies are 100% allowed to be streamed to public, licenses are available).

  2. Let’s say 1Tb of total content.

  3. Let’s 1Tb of traffic daily.

  4. No live streaming needed.

Kind of POC for local Netflix. Any suggestions are appreciated (even pointing to service that is more suitable than Wowza cloud).
