Publish to Multicast UDP

Hello I have a problem.

I need to publish my application to multicast over UDP here is the requirement.

Format HD, en H264, CBR, 1920X1080 a 6 Mbps Pofile 4:2:0, UDP, Multicast, 22X.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX/#Program

Audio AC3 a 192 Kbps, o Mepg 1 LII

I have my application that I configured to stream a playlist it works very good but now I need to publish the stream with these requirements.
