Publish stream from flash app

Hello.

Can I publish live video stream from browser from from Flash app?

If I can, how I should configure a wowza application for it?

I sow an example https://www.wowza.com/resources/4.0.6/examples/WebcamRecording/FlashRTMPPlayer11/player.html

And its ok. But I need to publish a live stream from one client and watch this stream in other clients. Is it possible?

P.S.: On the first step my web app needs to a flash, couse we have to support old browsers.

Here’s an article that has a Wowza VideoChat clientFlex example that will allow you to use flash in a browser and show you how to setup an Application/Transcoder for playback.
