I have then Stop and Start for running stream.

You can help me?

Are you using developer license with 10 connect limit? Are you using any custom modules?

Is your application configured following this guide (StreamType “live”):

https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-set-up-live-streaming-using-an-rtmp-based-encoder)

Richard

I send Now.

thanks

What do you have in the folder live? And where is that folder?

When publishing from FMLE, there is not a physical .sdp file in Wowza. (You can use .sdp extension in stream name in the encoder, if you want.)

Richard

Zip up and send the conf and logs folders to support@wowza.com

Include a link to this forum post.

Richard

I really don’t know, but if that helps, then great.

Okay. I can’t tell more from the same info. Did you get response from your ticket? If not check your spam folder.

I solved this problem

just put in the encoder a password.

https://www.wowza.com/docs/media-security-overview

I think the other company or people was dropping the signal again by adding the same instance

Thanks
