OutOfMemoryError

Hello

we verified that 2 applications by the VMIX encoder, are causing instability, lack of memory on the server with 128 GB of RAM.

I need to restart wowza.

why are these 2 applications using Vmix or OBS studio causing problems on the whole server?

what can i do to avoid this problem?

There are so many things that can be the cause. Are you using any custom modules that have memory leaks, or are you using transcoding on a low-CPU machine? Maybe the best to do, is to open a support ticket with support@wowza.com and send them your logs and configs in a ZIP.
