No sound on some MPEG-DASH Streams but on RTMP ( same stream )

Dear Wowza Community and Support Team,

In some streams i have no sound on MPEG-DASH but on the RTMP ( same stream ).:confused:

Do you have any idea what that cause this issue? Do you have similar experiences?

i also checked the chunks the brower is downloading. On MPEG-DASH streams where the audio doesn’t play it is not downloading the audio chunks. Only video chunks like “chunk_ctvideo”.

i did also a player check ( i tested it on the latest JWPlayer as well as on bitdash player ).

Please provide more details about the audio codec being used in the stream in question.

If the audio codec is AAC, what type of AAC and version?
