Now I created VMs on My Azure Portal and add WOWZA from Market Place but I don’t understand

– how I get video or Image from Local (My home) with Python programming and send by rtsp or restful to wowza on azure but now I can access http://wowza-server-IP:8088/enginemanager

– how my mobile app get stream when it send request (react native)
