MP4 with multi audio tracks not playing as VOD nor Stream

I need to stream VOD mp4 file with multiple embedded audio tracks, first I created sample MP4 file but video not working on VOD playback (I have added “modulemultitrackvod” module)

I tried another sample but it is not working as well.

is there any consideration for mp4 format should take in consideration.
