I have tried Jwplayer, flowplayer but does not work

Hi,
Those links are using a private IP address range and so we can’t access them from here.
Flowplayer should be able to stream nDVR. This article has example JavaScript for this.
If it still does not work for you then I’d recommend opening a support ticket and we can take a closer look. Be sure to include a zip of your /conf and /logs directory.
