Loop Until Live (multiple files)

Hi,

I am trying to use the Loop Until Live plugin that is part of the StreamPublishing plugin however I don’t want to just loop a single file.

Is it possible to use some form of wildcard in the SMIL file to define all mp4 files that start with the file name Promo_ or even to just say loop all files in the folder.

The reason being is that we want production people to just drop new files in and remove any no longer relevant videos and the system to just loop through them all. This saves us form having to rebuild the entire video each time then reloading the SMIL file.

This is not currently possible without writing a custom Module to provide this functionality but I have added this as a feature request to our backlog on your behalf (ticket reference 204305). Features which are added to our backlog are reviewed and considered for future versions of Wowza Streaming Engine. At this time I can’t confirm if the feature will be approved and if so, any time-scales for it’s availability.
