Live Video chat application for iOS, Andriod and Web

I want to develop a Live video chat application using Wowza Streaming Engine, It is multi way chat (Chat happens between iOS device, Andriod Device and Web). What API’s or SDK we need to use to develop nativley in iOS and Andriod and How can we deal in web. Can any one suggest.

I went through few things where i can stream a video usind gocoder, seems it is a different way.
