Live CCTV DVR streaing transcode to other format

Hi,

I have downloaded the trial version to check if my query is filled in wowza media system application.

We have some 40+ Dahua DVR in our environment, the camera at desktop application are getting viewed in .cvi, .avi format, i am trying to convert the live streaming from .cvi to .mp4 since mp4 have good quality with reduced size, which will have good control in my network bandwidth, my query is do i have the option in wowza media to convert the live streaming of all my DVR(in network) and broadcast with no impact lively at desktop application??
