jwplayer 6 pre-roll video xml file

I’m trying with jwplayer 6 put an advertising video with a link for to close it in 10 seconds but I’m not an expert.

The code of jwplayer is:

I have contacted with a consultant of wowza Gustavo but he tell me he hasn´t time and he don´t do nothing about players.

The support of jwplayer is very bad …
