IPTV CMS and Android APP

Dear All,

We have a small IPTV network in operations, we have about 500 users with Android smart boxes, we currently use a platform provider, but we would like to change to another more flexible system.

we have about 20 channels steams

we need a server side script for channel and user management (CMS) and also the app for android platform, could anyone point me in the right direction for such things?
