Hello and welcome to our forums. Please do not link to external social media sites in the forums. FYI It will be considered potential spam in our system and be removed.
If you are truly in need of help, you can take the url from the test player page and try it in a player like VLC or JW player test page.
https://www.wowza.com/testplayers
If that still doesn’t work, it’s a configuration error sending the stream to Engine and you’ll need to send in a support ticket. Thanks.
This is, what I am sending to the wowza, is it wrong setup? If I am asking in wrong thread, please let me know, if and how I can open support ticket with trial account.
ADD 1 STREAM rtmp://caspar:caspar@127.0.0.1:1935/mate -codec:v libx264 -codec:a aac -strict -2 -b:a 128k -x264opts:v keyint=45 -ar:a 48000 -tune:v zerolatency -preset:v ultrafast -b:v 5750k -minrate:v 5000k -maxrate:v 6000k -bufsize:v 1146k -filter:v format=pix_fmts=yuv420p,scale=1280:720-format flv
any hint for this issue please?
This is the RTMP format for ingest:
Are you adding the caspar:caspar as the authentication? I also would not have shared that in the forums.
Go to 1:50 in this video and see the example how to set up the ulr for RTMP based on your encoder if that is helpful. Otherwise it looks ok as far as url. I am not sure what all the other settings but your keyframe interval should not be 45m but should be 2 on average and the frame rate should be kept around 25 to 30.
Also did you try this with mp4 and not flv?
Streaming FLV files on demand will work to most devices, however, FLV is not compatible with iOS. FLV files will need to be converted into a MOV or MP4 format for delivery to iOS or HLS devices.
I’d suggest a support ticket if you still have issues so we can review your encoder configuration.
