I set up the incoming udp stream according to this article https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-publish-and-play-a-live-stream-mpeg-ts-based-encoder
However, the result is that when I play the result stream of Wowza using VLC, I can only hear audio with HLS streaming and no video.
For RTMP playback, both video and audio are not received.
I checked the log with ./startup.sh , no error was displayed.
Please help me to resolve this. Thank you very much.
Hello.
We could try to troubleshoot this here but it would be more efficient if you open a ticket with support as they will have all the information in front of them.
To open a ticket please send a zipped copy of your /conf and /logs folders, as well as a screen shot of your encoder settings or video/audio codec and fps/key frame details of the source to support@wowza.com.
Please also include link to this thread as a reference.
Thank you,

Thanks for the update and glad you got this sorted.
Regards,
Salvadore
I moved to ffmpeg and it worked okay both video and audio. I think Wowza can not handle this case. It can not detect the video from udp.
