Improving the load balancing v4 module

Hello,

The new load balancer v4 is working great but it has major issue an it is that you can not connect the edge servers to multiple load balancers, and the load balancer will become the point of failure of the whole system . it would be better if wowza let the edge servers connect to multiple loadbalancer with the same configurations. then the DNS can handle the loadbalancing loads and failures.
