How to Switch between two live streaming video when input cut

I want to switch between two live streaming video when one of the video input is cut.

Im basic level kindly help me how to coding and where to insert coding and all.

You can use com.wowza.wms.Stream class to create Stream instance by method

createInstance,and then use method addToPlaylist to insert live source to it.
