How to stream Wowza Streaming Engine To Another Wowza Streaming Engine over internet ?

I want to stream wowza from my location to another location use wowza streaming engine. I read https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-stream-to-another-wowza-streaming-engine-instance

and can stream in LAN network, but I try to do this over Internet, it isn’t working.

Please help me. Thanks.
