How to play HTML5 video tag on windows?

I’m newbie wowza streaming engine.

I installed wowza streaming engine and cteate a html page.

Here is the html codes.

Played on android and iPhone.

However, not all browsers on Windows could play. (It was played in the Wowza HTML5 player.)

How do I play videos in my browser using the
