How to know if it is multicast or unicast

I use the module Multicast Publish as instructed. In the conf/multicastmap.txt I just left it empty. I teseted with VLC the following rtsp link

rtsp://[wowza-ip-address]:1935/edge/xxjjkshjou?multicastplay

VLC can stream it with no problem. My question is how do I know if this is multicast or unicast? Again I note that there is nothing in the file multicastmap.txt

By the address being used to stream the content. This article covers the ranges:

You can see the addresses being used for delivery in the Wowza Server logs when playback starts.
