How to access remote encoder's timestamp from the live stream saved segments?

We have a remote camera+encoder streaming into a cloud wowza. I need to use the time from the encoder as the “create time” each time my live stream archive saves a segment.

It sounds like “presentation timestamp” might be what I need, but how can I access it? I pasted the ffprobe output below and there are 2 creation_times, but those reflect current time from the Wowza server. We intentionally set the encoder’s timestamp to 8 hours ahead so we could detect it in the output stream segments (saves 1 file every hour), but I can’t find it anywhere below.
