How can I let the DVR content keep to play after end of the live?

I use nDVR on live event, It works when the live is keep going, but when the live is over, I can’t play the DVR url, how can I let the DVR content keep to player after end of the live? And when the live is over, should I play the DVR from begining likes akamai CDN’s DVR function, thank you!
