Help, plz. How to notifying on-publish

Hello. I need to get information, when someone start stream on programs (xsplit, obs).

How can i get notify, when stream has started publish (on-publish), and information about un-publish to my PHP script (may be http-request)?

I make this script with send http-request, but i have problems with include .jar to wowza.

As example to include ServerListener:

How to include my StreamListener ? It`s correct?
