Google Cloud Setup Help

I am trying to set up in the Google Cloud and having problems. I am following these directions:

https://www.wowza.com/docs/set-up-wowza-streaming-engine-on-google-cloud-platform

Unfortunately they do not appear to match the current configuration on the google dashboard. Namely, it says to do this to add a firewall rule:

In your project dashboard page contents panel, click the Products & Services menu icon, and then under Compute click Networking.

But there is no Networking option under Compute. All I see is App Engine, Compute Engine, Container Engine, and Cloud Functions. Can anyone provide information on what I’m supposed to do?

So there is a menu group called “Networking” a bit below Compute, and one of its submenus is “VPC Network” which has a “Firewall rules” option which might work? I’m trying that now, but if anyone has done this recently can give better information, I’d appreciate it.

So I got the instance set up, but when I try to broadcast to the appropriate ip address, it asks for a username and password, so obviously the firewall isn’t set up correctly. I want it to allow anyone to broadcast something in, and anyone to be able to watch, obviously. Can anyone provide better instructions than the above link, which doesn’t appear to match the current configuration of the google control panel?

OK, I found the problem, it wasn’t due to the firewall at all. I had forgotten/not known that by default wowza is set to ask for username/password. Changed that and it looks good to do.
