freezes image

Hello,

I have wowza, and I have been facing a problem for 2 weeks, I already opened a ticket but are not understanding my problem.

my server has 32 GB RAM, with 1 gbts link, my problem is as follows: wowza crashes, videos crash, every application freezes image, I have a full 1 Gbts link, and a maximum consumption of 100mbts, the problem is not link.

already generated logs nothing found.

what problem may be occurring?
