I been searching all over for how to setup the live streams on flowplayer but I cant seem to find one that will work with the .stream and .m3u8
Any ideas?

Are you looking for something like this?,
Just before half way down .m3u8 (Apple HLS)
The stream file is just the name of the stream from the edge server.
