Flash Player on Linux fails to connect over RTMPS (StreamLock)

We’re experiencing issues with the Flash Player on Linux failing to connect to our Wowza server using RTMPS. Connecting over RTMP works. We use a StreamLock SSL certificate.

Here’s a Flash Player bug that sums up the problem:

Can Wowza representatives please confirm the type of the StreamLock certificates (root or intermediate)? Is there a way for us to install a root certificate instead?

This is due to Linux, either browsers or the certificates shipped not containing the correct keychain of certificates to validate an intermediate CA. I’m not sure if there is anything you can do about this.
