Failed to find an appropriate depacketizer for this track (H264) - Avigilon

Hi,

I am trying to connect a Avigilon Camera but it shows Failed to find an appropriate depacketizer for this track (H264).

I should not be able to depacketizer H264?

That is strange. First, be sure you are running the latest version of Wowza (2.2.4.01). Next, look at this tutorial:

Follow the instructions that talk about adding property rtspFilterUnknownTracks. See if that helps. If not, then we will need to try it over the Internet. So if you can put the camera on the Internet and send the RTSP URL to support@wowza.com (be sure to reference this thread) we will take a look at it. It might not be until next week.

HI Charlie, not sure if this was resolved , I am having the same issue (although without the debug stuff )

I have wowza (current version) i am using avigilon camers(4) trying to stream just one(for now) and I get this
