We have an origin and edge server. Today we live streamed a large show and notice several warrnigns in our log files from the edge server. I think this is causing the video to pause when viewing from that edge server. I wantched from the orig

Could this be from a bad incoming stream to the origin server?

This sounds like a connectivity issue, or a problem with the source.
But just to double check, have you set up the correct LiveStreamPacketizers on the origin and the edge. They are different. Take a look at this guide:

If you are doing multi-bitrate streaming, and there are other good reasons to use this alternative configuration in which packetizing occurs on the edge.
