I would like to know how I can activate the audio level on my server, since when using the RTMP I can not move the audio level of the players and I must assume that I have to activate something on my server for this to happen I hope to help a photo so that I Understand

quisiera saber como puedo activar el audio level en mi server, ya que al usar los RTMP no logro hacer mover el audio level de los reproductores y debo suponer que debo activar algo en mi server para que esto suceda espero ayuda dejo una foto para que me entiendan.

Here is an article on audio and how to adjust the audio. From the screenshots, I see you have transcoder enabled,so this article should resolve your issue. If not, can you let us know your workflow?
