Dynamic Push/Publish Functionality

I just took over server administration for our streaming setup and am struggling with one piece of our workflow.

I would like to accomplish the following dynamically:

  • user requests stream for event

  • system generates a unique stream ID and provisions stream with downstream CDN

  • user goes live with stream and pushes stream to wowza server

  • Wowza server dynamically loads push/publish settings

  • Wowza server properly reflects to downstream CDN

  • User watches video from downstream CDN

Nothing in the flow requires a server admin to manually update a text file, nor restart the server.

I am looking for help in implementing this in our workflow.
