Does Wowza support Sony Action Cam Live Streaming?

I dont know if this board is the right place, but I need to know if wowza supports live streaming with SONY HDR-AS100V Action Cam.

It has mp4 video file format encoded with H264. Does this info enough to say that we can stream?

Sony Cams’ Video Format:

MP4: MPEG-4 AVC/H.264

XAVC S format: MPEG-4 AVC/H.264

Hello there,

Yes, Wowza does support MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 video. You will however need an encoder in between the camera and Wowza.

For mobile streaming you might consider the GoCoder app for Android and iOS:

As you have suggested to use wowza GoCoder, but in that it does not provide such flexibility to send our own camera data instead it use native android camera and sends data.

If you know how to do it, please guide or help us regarding these.
