Delay video stream

Hello!

I need to introduce a delay into video stream. Say i have a webcam and someone watching it, i want to be able to add (on top of technically dictated delay) some arbitrary delay, say 10 seconds. Is there any recommended approach to do it?

I am generally good with wowza api and rtmp stuff (1 year experience), but can’t see any good solution.

For a short delay (a few seconds), this package should work:

I am looking for a delay solution also but the above link seems dead - Is there a new solution or way to do a audio delay?
