Can Wowza input an H.265 stream and transcode to H.264? I was told it could, but haven’t been able to make it work and I don’t see an MPEG-DASH option in the Decoder. Any information or links would be appreciated. We have a choppy stream and thought that compressing to the server might be helpful.

Wowza Streaming Engine will not ingest an MPEG-DASH stream. Check the Live Streaming: Compatible Encoding Inputs section of the link for input options.
Once you ingest the h.265 via RTMP, RTSP/RTP or MPEG-TS you can then use this article for information on re-streaming the stream.
