DASH to Akamai

Can you please confirm that the stream target destination of DASH to Akamai respects the GROUP directive as documented here. https://www.wowza.com/docs/how-to-stream-to-akamai#HTTPS

The playback URL is supposed to be

http://[AkamaiHostId].akamaihd.net/dash/live/[AkamaiStreamId]/[AdaptiveGroup]/manifest.mpd

but, looking at the logs the group isnt specified anywhere. Is this working or is it something that is supposed to happen on akamai’s end and isnt?

or please explain how to set up MBR streams when pushing to Akamai, locally i understand its done with smil files but remotely?
