Hi there, I have a strange issue and would like to ask you for ideas or if anybody experienced that too.
For uknown reason, certain computers are not able to play any stream from our Wowza server. The issue does not depend on ISP. Not sure if it depends on specific client OS configuration but I can say that one organization reports about 90% of computers not being able to play. It also does not depend on browser used.
Browser console shows that it always download just manifest file but no chunks download ever starts.
On server side there is client connect registered in log but no play and stop events occur.:
