Configuring the Wowza Streaming Engine from another application or even command line

Hello all,

I wanted to know if it was possible and how to configure the streaming engine through command line or maybe even another application, eg - over http. I saw a post which talked about using java libraries but that didnt allow configuring all the functionalities of the streaming server. For example I want to be able to provide source security for publishing streams so that everyone doesnt get the ability to push the streams to my server., and also I want playback security so that not every player can view the stream.
