Commercially sold webcam/chat applications built on wowza

This question might not be appropriate for this forum, but I’ll give it a shot anyway.

We have a customer who wants to build an adult live webcam/chat site and so we’re evaluating buy vs. build. Does anyone know of any commercially sold webcam/chat systems that are built using wowza? I’ve found a few different options out there, but they tend to be built using opensource streaming media servers that are outdated with little or no support for things like HLS streaming.

Any insight/information is greatly appreciated.
