Anyone try to make an app that has player built-in to allow client connection to server?

I am not sure exactly what your question is.
But you can manage wowza via an ipad/android tablet via the web browser, and watch wowza content on the same device, in which case the “app” would be the browser. But I have not heard of an app that can do both.
