Changing Default Property values for Applications

Is there a way to change the default property values on an Application type when it gets created on the Wowza Streaming Engine Manager?

For example, when we create a Live HTTP Origin application using the manager, we need to change the cupertinoCacheControlPlaylist and cupertinoCacheControlMediaChunk max-age values to what we use as defaults (max-age 2 and max-age 600). I would like to set these values as a default so that Admin users without advanced access to properties and features can create an Application with these settings already intact.
