Can't seem to access Engine manager

Hi everyone,

I can’t seem to access engine manager through the web browser. Made sure all ports are open. There are no error logs. Checked to make sure it is running and it is but still getting a cannot connect error. Linux CentOS Streaming Engine 4.5

I am kind of at wits end trying to figure this out.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hello there. If you are still having an issue with connecting to the Manager, please open a ticket with support by following the steps outlined here

Please include a zipped copy of your/conf and/log folders when opening a ticket.
