Hello,

We would like to stream 2 webcams 24/24 – 7d/7.

For the moment we don’t have the choice to use Azure and the Wowza Streaming Engine available on the marketplace (due to some legal constraints).

We already configured the instance (PAID license) but we still have some questions.

  • Can we profit of the Standard Support ? If yes, what is the process ?
  • Could we redirect the output of the stream with an Azure application gateway ?
  • Which instance size should be used for +/- 200 concurrent users ?
    • With a H.264 transcoding (720X480) ?
    • Is the max concurrent users only depending of the bandwidth ?
