API to create MPEG-TS stream (audio, KLV metadata), and broadcast via UDP from cloud service?

I’d like to use the Wowza cloud service to allow a streamer to connect from a custom client, send a MPEG-TS stream containing an Opus audio stream and a KLV metadata stream, and have receiving clients receive this via UDP. My broadcaster and clients are both GStreamer based.

  1. Is this configuration supported by Wowza, and creatable via the REST API?
  2. One sticking point is that the KLV metadata in the MPEG-TS stream is streamed to the receivers unchanged. Can I count on this?
