So I was reading the FAQ at http://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonCloudFront/latest/DeveloperGuide/wowza-faq.html and bamm

Can I serve private live streams using Wowza and CloudFront?

At this time, live streams cannot be delivered securely using CloudFront signed URLs. However, progressively downloaded media can be delivered privately by using signed URLs. For more information, see Serving Private Content through CloudFront.

Any other methods that I can protect my streams from those leechers ?

I’m doing 30 livestreaming channels thru Amazon CF via Wowza EC2

Wowza is only involved in packetizing chunks that CloudFront pulls. Playback clients stream from Cloudfront. So the security has to be worked out between the client and Cloudfront. I’m not sure what other options are available.
