I configured the Adobe encoder to transmit two bitrate, connects the server normally, but the player to play in not charging and not in error.

Hi there, are you able to play each rendition of the stream on its own?
Its possible it is not switching because the network connection is not pushed hard enough to trigger a switch.
Please see this Bandwidth Checker AddOn to aid in this testing:

Hi,
The two streams only total about 346Kbps, so assuming you have enough bandwidth to transmit that to the server?
Are you able to play each of the single bit rate streams by themselves?
If you do we’ll need to see what happens to the streams at the server. You can post snippets of you [install-dir]/logs/wowzastreamingengine_access.log here
showing the streams being published (look for publish comments).

If I use single pass bitrate normal.
But if I use multi bitrate has no connection to transmit and transmit.
